If you don't absolutely love your new purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days in the original country and division of purchase. All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached (including the return tag on dresses, rompers and jumpsuits) and accompanied by your receipt.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 5 days of the package's original delivery.
Your makeup looks gorgeous on your face but it's not so nice on our clothes. So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time. Exchanged clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with all tags attached and in unworn, unwashed, dry cleaned condition.
Items that are returned without a RMA# will not be processed for returns or exchange they will be return back to you/customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any items not returned in their original state. These items will be immediately sent back to the customer.

DIOR BELLA does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Merchandise must be returned back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise that are send back to us without a return request will be returned back to customer.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any Dior Bella hang tags, manufacturers/designer tags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
Please be advised that all clearance items purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded. We do offer exchange. Please note that postage is not included. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your items before purchasing. Refunds on clearance purchases will only be made if the merchandise is faulty.
Bridal gowns: All bridal gowns may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or store credit. We cannot accept returns on any bridal gowns after 7 days. Bridal gowns must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached.
Bridesmaid dresses: Special orders of 3 or more dresses in one style will be final sale. If you are interested in a particular style, we encourage you to order an in-stock size in the style, if available.
Holiday Returns: During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.
Please note that your return authorization number must be written on your return parcel or your return will not be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorization from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period. In the event that we receive an unauthorized returned item, return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer. The shipping fee will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Returns for store credit will be processed for all returns. There may be a 11% restocking fee and shipping charge for all returns that are not due to damage or incorrect items ordered.

- All returns are issued STORE CREDIT
- Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off at your nearest USPS location.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, un-deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or $25 USD re-delivery fee to cover postage costs.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to10 business days after we receive your return item. This timeline have increased as a result of COVID. All return items must be inspected carefully and separated from other items. It can take your bank up to 30 days to issue refund to your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website,www.diorbella.com
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your DIOR BELLA account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.

All returns over $100.00 will be charged a 12% restocking and shipping fee.
Please follow the instructions above You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the Dior Bella package is returned to our warehouse. DIOR BELLA.us is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. DIOR BELLA does not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns can not and will not be processed for items that are send back to us without an RMA#, missing invoice and order number. Without this information we have no way of knowing what order the item/s belongs to and as a result can not process returns.
AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY
DIOR BELLA only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal.
