It does not include shipping time which takes another 3-5 business days. 🚪 Since a lot of our doormats are purchased as gifts, by default we do not include invoices and receipts. If you don't absolutely love your new purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days in the original country and division of purchase. All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached (including the return tag on dresses, rompers and jumpsuits) and accompanied by your receipt.
Merchandise for return must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a DIOR BELLA E-Gift Card. DIOR BELLA does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

COVID-19, There are some shipping delays due to COVID-19 as shipping partners put safety measures in place for both staff and customers.
Dior Bella is now manufacturing consumer grade masks, to make sure everyone has access to these masks to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. You can currently preorder our top selling mask styles, and we will continue to ship these out as fast as we can make them.
With the current state of COVID-19, we want to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including following public health authority recommended guidelines.
Our warehouse team is taking numerous preventative steps to avoid the spread of the virus, including conducting high frequency deep cleaning and sanitization processes, working in staggered shifts and taking breaks in separate break areas and observing increased social distancing practices. The company has also made disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, masks and gloves available and required organization-wide for increased personal protection.
In addition to the safety and sanitization procedures listed above, we are also requiring employees to wear gloves when they come into contact with any products or internal packaging materials that will be received by customers.
